Available tiers depend on verification and business credit evidence. Pricing can change when active plan tiers are updated.

CreditMomo coordinates business data and reporting workflows.

We work with business bureaus, secretary of state sources, payment processors, and service partners needed to deliver the product.

Account & Security

How is my business data protected?

CreditMomo uses encrypted storage for sensitive information, secure payment processing, access controls, audit logs, and role-based team permissions to protect business and account data.

Is my data secure?

CreditMomo uses encrypted storage for sensitive information, secure payment processing, access controls, audit logs, and role-based permissions. Full card details are handled by secure payment systems and are not stored as plain card data in CreditMomo.

Can my staff or partner access the business dashboard?

Yes. Business owners can invite approved team members and assign access to business profile, billing, reports, and dashboard areas based on role permissions.

How do I change my email, password, or documents?

Use the personal profile area for security, privacy, documents, notification preferences, and data requests. Some changes may require verification before they take effect.

Billing & Payments

How does Net-30 billing work?

CreditMomo issues service invoices under Net-30 terms. Paying on time supports positive payment history. Late or unpaid invoices can affect service access and eligible reporting.

What is due upfront?

If your approved tier has a setup fee, that setup fee is due before provisioning. Monthly service invoices are billed separately through the CreditMomo billing workflow.

Is there a setup fee?

Most CreditMomo tiers have a one-time setup fee due before service provisioning. Current default setup fees range from $29 to $299, while the special review tier can waive setup. Active pricing is controlled by CreditMomo plan settings.

When is my invoice due each month?

CreditMomo shows each open invoice and due date inside the account billing area. Pay by the due date shown on the invoice to keep services current and preserve eligible reporting status.

What happens if I pay late?

Late payment can lead to late fees, service restrictions, assignment suspension, and negative payment status. CreditMomo records payment status in the account ledger and uses that status for service access and eligible reporting.

What happens if I miss a payment?

A missed payment may create late fees, restrict service access, suspend the tradeline assignment, or affect future reporting. CreditMomo shows open invoices and payment actions in the billing section.

Can I pay early?

Yes. Paying early is allowed. CreditMomo records payment status in the account ledger and uses that status when preparing eligible reporting and service access.

Business Credit Reviews

What does the business credit review include?

The review helps CreditMomo understand commercial credit standing, payment indicators, public records, company identity, and the plan tier your business can responsibly support.

How often do I get an included refreshed business credit report?

CreditMomo now explains included customer-requested refreshed business credit pulls on a 60-day cadence. If you need a newer report before the next included refresh window, an early pull fee may apply.

Why did the included report cadence change to 60 days?

A 60-day cadence keeps reporting useful while controlling provider costs and avoiding unnecessary duplicate pulls. CreditMomo may still perform internal monitoring needed for account safety and compliance.

Can CreditMomo guarantee a score increase?

No. CreditMomo reports eligible account activity accurately, but commercial scores are calculated by outside bureaus using their own models. On-time payment history is important, but no company can guarantee a specific score change.

Business Verification

How does CreditMomo verify my business?

CreditMomo checks business identity, EIN consistency, active registration, public business records, authorized representative details, and secretary of state information where available.

What happens if my business is inactive or cannot be verified?

CreditMomo will explain what needs attention. Inactive or mismatched businesses may need updated state filings, corrected business details, or additional review before plan options are available.

What happens if my EIN verification fails?

If the EIN or entity details cannot be verified, CreditMomo will explain the issue and may ask for corrected business information, updated state filings, or additional support before plan options are available.

Can I update my business information later?

Yes. Authorized users can manage the business profile, team access, address, contact details, and supporting information from the CreditMomo dashboard.

Disputes & Cancellation

How do I dispute information?

Contact CreditMomo support with the business name, account email, disputed item, and supporting documents. CreditMomo will review internal records and help route the issue through the right process.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can request a plan change from the account workflow. Upgrades depend on verification, payment history, and current eligibility. Downgrades generally take effect according to the active service agreement.

Can I cancel?

You can request cancellation according to your active service agreement. Existing earned service fees, setup fees, and prior reporting history do not disappear simply because an account is cancelled.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

CreditMomo stops future service provisioning and future eligible reporting after cancellation is complete. Historical payment records can remain with commercial bureaus according to their rules and timelines.

What happens after cancellation?

CreditMomo stops future service provisioning and future eligible reporting after cancellation is complete. Historical payment records can remain with commercial bureaus according to their rules and timelines.

How do I reach support?

Use the support page search, review the FAQ categories, or contact CreditMomo through the account dashboard so support can connect your request to the right business profile.

CreditMomo is a Net-30 business services platform for U.S. companies. We provide real business tools and report eligible on-time payments so your company can build commercial payment history under its business profile.

Is CreditMomo a loan or a personal credit product?

No. CreditMomo is not a cash loan, consumer credit card, personal credit builder, or bank lending product. CreditMomo provides business services under a Net-30 vendor relationship.

Does CreditMomo check my personal credit?

CreditMomo focuses on your business profile. We verify business information, authorized representative status, and commercial report permission. A personal hard pull is not part of the CreditMomo signup flow.

How is CreditMomo different from a personal credit builder like Kikoff or Self?

CreditMomo is built for business credit, not personal credit. The platform uses business identity, EIN-based profile data, Net-30 business services, and commercial payment history instead of consumer credit-builder accounts.

Do I need a personal credit check to sign up?

No personal credit hard pull is required for the CreditMomo signup flow. CreditMomo reviews business information and commercial eligibility so the account can stay focused on company credit.

How long does the signup process take?

Many owners can complete account creation and business profile intake quickly. Verification and plan availability depend on how easily the EIN, state registration, address, and representative details can be matched.

Plans & Tradelines

What is a CreditMomo tradeline?

A CreditMomo tradeline is the reportable vendor account tied to your CreditMomo Net-30 business services plan. It reflects the service tier, payment status, and eligible payment history for your business.

Do tradelines come with real services?

Yes. CreditMomo tradeline tiers are connected to real business services such as CRM access, phone tools, AI assistance, form filing capacity, website tools, monitoring, and account support depending on the tier.

What are the current CreditMomo plan tiers?

Current default tiers include Starter Path with a $500 service tradeline, Tier 1 Starter with $1,000, Tier 2 Growth with $2,500, Tier 3 Professional with $5,000, Tier 4 Enterprise with $10,000, and a special review tier up to $30,000 for businesses with strong verified qualifications.

How much are setup fees and monthly invoices?

Default pricing starts at $29 setup and $29 monthly for Starter Path. Tier 1 Starter is $49 setup and $39 monthly, Growth is $99 setup and $99 monthly, Professional is $149 setup and $199 monthly, Enterprise is $299 setup and $299 monthly, and the special review tier has no setup fee with a $499 monthly invoice. Pricing can change if CreditMomo updates active plan tiers.

Why do some businesses see only certain plan options?

CreditMomo uses deterministic policy rules to show only the tiers your verified business profile can support. Business age, payment indicators, public records, available credit evidence, and verification results can limit available options.

Is there a contract term?

Yes. CreditMomo tradeline service tiers use a 12-month business software and service agreement so the reported vendor account is tied to a real ongoing business relationship.

Reporting Partners

Who does CreditMomo work with for business data and reporting?

CreditMomo partners directly with business credit bureaus, secretary of state sources, business data providers, payment processors, and service partners needed to verify companies, deliver services, and prepare eligible reporting.

Which credit bureaus do you report to?

CreditMomo is built for commercial reporting workflows with major business credit bureaus. Eligible account data is prepared through CreditMomo reporting processes, and final bureau posting depends on account status, data quality, and bureau timelines.

Which bureaus can receive CreditMomo payment reporting?

CreditMomo is designed around commercial reporting workflows for major business credit bureaus. Actual posting timing and acceptance can vary by bureau, account status, and data quality.

How soon will my payments show up on my business credit report?

Commercial reporting is not instant. Eligible payment history is prepared in reporting cycles, and outside bureaus may need additional time to process, match, and display the account.

When will a new tradeline appear?

New commercial tradelines can take more than one reporting cycle to appear. Many businesses should expect multiple cycles before a new account is visible on outside bureau reports.

Can CreditMomo guarantee my business credit score will improve?

No. CreditMomo reports eligible account activity accurately, but commercial scores are calculated by outside bureaus using their own models. On-time payment history is important, but no company can guarantee a specific score change.
