General

What is CreditMomo?
CreditMomo is a Net-30 business credit builder platform. We provide real digital business services — like AI receptionists, digital business cards, CRM tools, and SEO listings — and report your on-time payments to the major business credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and Dun & Bradstreet). Every monthly payment you make on time builds your business credit profile, helping you qualify for larger loans, better vendor terms, and more opportunities. Read full article →
How is CreditMomo different from a personal credit builder like Kikoff or Self?
CreditMomo focuses exclusively on business credit. We use your EIN (Employer Identification Number), not your SSN. We report to business credit bureaus, not personal ones. And instead of a revolving credit line or secured card, we operate as a B2B vendor — we deliver real business services and report your payments as a Net-30 trade account. This means you are building a legitimate vendor payment history that shows up on your Experian Business, Equifax Business, and D&B credit reports. Read full article →
Do I need a personal credit check to sign up?
No. CreditMomo does not perform a hard pull or soft pull on your personal credit. We verify your business using your EIN and state registration records. Your personal credit score is never affected by signing up or using CreditMomo. Read full article →

Getting Started

What do I need to sign up?
You need a registered business with an active EIN (Employer Identification Number). During signup, you will provide your business name, EIN, state of registration, and basic contact information. We will verify your EIN is active and your business is in good standing before you can select a plan. Read full article →
What happens if my EIN verification fails?
If your EIN cannot be verified or your business is not in good standing, you will receive a detailed denial letter explaining the specific reasons. You will have 35 days to resolve the issues (such as updating your state registration or correcting your EIN). After 35 days, you can reapply. All denial letters are stored in your File Cabinet for your records. Read full article →
How long does the signup process take?
Most users complete the entire process in under 10 minutes. You will create an account, enter your business information, pass EIN verification, view your business credit snapshot, select a plan, and pay the one-time setup fee. Your first Net-30 invoice cycle begins immediately after payment. Read full article →

Billing & Payments

How does Net-30 billing work?
Each month, CreditMomo issues you an invoice for the services included in your plan. You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay it. When you pay on time, we report that payment as "Paid as Agreed" to the business credit bureaus. This is exactly how vendor trade credit works in the real business world — and each on-time payment strengthens your business credit profile. Read full article →
When is my invoice due each month?
All invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due by the 15th. This gives you a consistent payment schedule that is easy to remember and manage. You will receive email reminders before the due date. Read full article →
What happens if I pay late?
Late payments are reported to the credit bureaus, which can negatively impact your business credit score. If your payment is more than 30 days late, your account may be placed on hold and your services will be suspended until the balance is paid. Consistent late payments may result in account downgrade or termination. Read full article →
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Each plan has a one-time setup fee that covers EIN verification, account provisioning, and initial service configuration. Setup fees range from $49 (Starter) to $499 (Enterprise). The setup fee is charged at signup via Stripe and is separate from your monthly Net-30 invoices. Read full article →

Credit Reporting

Which credit bureaus do you report to?
CreditMomo reports your payment history to all three major business credit bureaus: Experian Business, Equifax Business, and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). Reporting is done monthly using the industry-standard Metro 2 format through our reporting partner, The Service Bureau (TSB). Read full article →
How soon will my payments show up on my business credit report?
Payments are reported in monthly batch files submitted to the bureaus. It typically takes 30 to 45 days after your payment for it to appear on your business credit report. The exact timing depends on each bureau's processing schedule. Read full article →
Can CreditMomo guarantee my business credit score will improve?
No. Business credit scores are determined by the credit bureaus based on multiple factors including payment history, credit utilization, account age, and public records. CreditMomo reports your payment activity accurately — consistent on-time payments are the strongest factor in building a positive credit profile, but we cannot guarantee a specific score outcome. Account & Security

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, subject to tier-gating requirements (higher tradeline tiers require a history of consecutive on-time payments or strong existing business credit). Upgrades include a prorated setup fee for the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Read full article →
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your account will be moved to the Free tier at the end of your current billing cycle. Your existing payment history remains on your business credit report — it does not disappear. However, no new payments will be reported, and your included services (AI receptionist, CRM, etc.) will be deactivated. You can reactivate at any time. Read full article →
