Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, subject to tier-gating requirements (higher tradeline tiers require a history of consecutive on-time payments or strong existing business credit). Upgrades include a prorated setup fee for the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
