If your EIN cannot be verified or your business is not in good standing, you will receive a detailed denial letter explaining the specific reasons. You will have 35 days to resolve the issues (such as updating your state registration or correcting your EIN). After 35 days, you can reapply. All denial letters are stored in your File Cabinet for your records.
